Skip Bowman
Skip Bowman is a leadership expert, organizational psychologist, and author who coaches and consults leaders at some of the world's largest organizations. Growing up in Perth, Australia — where his father, a well-known Australian tennis player, coached legend Margaret Court — Skip's path wound from Master Scuba Diver and Instructor to the study of organizational psychology and the frontier of leadership development.
He is the author of Safe to Great: The New Psychology of Leadership, which introduces his "Dolphin" leadership metaphor for building environments of genuine psychological safety.
