Maciek Szcześniak — known as "Magic" — is a channel and go-to-market leader with over 25 years helping tech vendors, distributors, and resellers succeed in the SMB and Mid-Market space. His career spans senior global and EMEA roles at Compaq and HP—where he directed marketing, alliances, and small-business strategy across 60+ markets—and culminated in leading a $2.3B global segment as Global VP and GM at HPE.
Today he advises executives on future-proofing their business models, moving from volatile product sales toward recurring, service-led, and AI-as-a-Service revenue. He is Founding Program Lead of the "Business-as-a-Service Academy" at Kozminski University and an Industry Advisor to the University of Houston's Human-Centered AI Institute.
