Daniel Gluck is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at GroundForce Capital, a founder-led investment firm backing bold brands, technologies, and services reshaping how people live, eat, and care for themselves. Prior to GroundForce, Dan co-founded Health Warrior, a plant-based superfood company whose debut chia bar became the number one best-selling new bar in the natural channel in 2013 and was acquired by PepsiCo in 2018. Before his entrepreneurial chapter, Dan spent 14 years as a Portfolio Manager, Partner, and Executive Committee Member at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund where he personally managed $1 billion in gross AUM across global markets. A competitive tennis player, runner, and mountain biker, Dan brings the same discipline and passion for performance to his investing as he does to his athletic pursuits. He graduated from Colgate University and lives in Mill Valley, California.
