Phil Lyne is the owner and coach at THRYV Coaching, a cognitive transformation coaching practice that helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, both internally and externally, to achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling life.
Phil is a single father of three teenage daughters whose mother died suddenly as a result of homicidal violence in 2016. He struggled to accept his new role in life and, as a result, developed end-stage liver disease that presented itself at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Phil underwent life-saving transplant surgery a year later and has developed multiple businesses during the last 2+ years. Coaching was always a hobby and a productive distraction. Once Phil realized that coaching was his calling, he devoted his time to the art and science of coaching and cognition.
With a background in engineering and cognition, Phil has rededicated his career to helping individuals gain self-awareness, overcome their limitations and achieve their goals. He is passionate about teaching individuals how to navigate their thoughts and emotions and how to take action to make positive changes in their lives. He believes that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals and live a more fulfilling life, and he is dedicated to helping clients unlock that potential. He is committed to providing his clients safe, supportive, and empowering environment, and his coaching is grounded in the latest coaching education, research, evidence-based practices, and efficacy in cognitive transformation.
